Appointment policies:
• Your appointment is made exclusively for you. If you can't
make it, please let us know as soon as possible —24 hours notice
would be great—so we can let someone else have the time.
• Sometimes, because we won't rush through appointments, we
may be running late. We will always strive to complete your appointment
as scheduled, but if you are unable to stay, we will be happy to
reschedule.
• If you are late, we may have to perform less work, or reschedule
your appointment.
Payments and Insurance
We
want to make your payment options as easy and painless as our dentistry.
We prefer that your account be settled after each visit and we accept
cash, VISA, MasterCard, cheques, and Interac.
Our computers are linked to many insurance companies, allowing us to
provide assignment of fees. Some plans, however, to do not allow
us to provide this service. Please ask one of our receptionists
for details.
In many cases a payment program can be designed to assist you. And
to make things really easy, now you can pay for your dental treatment
with a few clicks of the mouse. We are registered with the following
major banks - just click on the logos to go to their online banking
sites and see how easy it is to do all your banking and bill paying
from home.
