What To Expect

We consider the first visit to our office to be one of the most important visits at Victoria Square Dental. During this initial visit, we collect all your necessary medical history information. Additional information about your visit and about our office will be provided to you, and there are more resources on this website for your future reference. Whether your initial visit is a consultation or a dental cleaning, we strive to make you feel welcome to our practice in every way possible!

We Provide The “EXTRAS” That Make The Difference

With our personal audio player, you can slip on the headset and listen to your favourite tunes during your visit.  Choose from our selection of CDs or bring in your own.  Or bring in your own DVD.  Watch Leonardo DiCaprio chase Kate Winslet around the poop deck.  Before you can say “watch out for that iceberg, ” your dental appointment is done.

Your time is just as valuable as ours. Please arrive on time for your appointment, to help us stay on schedule. If you need to cancel your appointment, please call 24 hours in advance to inform us of the change. Although we do understand some situations might prevent you from attending your appointment, it is our office policy to charge $25.00 for a short notice cancellation (less than 24hrs) or no-show appointment.

Just For Kids

We have a treatment room that is reserved and designed just for kids.  Most important, we have specially trained therapists who know how to gain trust and explain procedures in a way that eases anxieties and encourages participation.

Expert Advice

Each year Dr. Soltys routinely devotes time to continuing education.  Dr. Soltys spends two to three times the minimum required hours on education courses, to ensure you are getting the very latest in modern dentistry techniques.

Insurance & Financing

How Much Will My Visit Cost?

Service prices vary depending on what work is done. Although we cannot diagnose over the phone, we can give a rough estimate based on the current fee guide.

Do You Provide Direct Billing?

Yes, we do provide direct billing.  We offer what is called assignment.  Assignment means that the insurance company can pay us rather than reimburse the patient at a later date.  We do require a credit card on file to facilitate this service. We would never use your credit card without explicit permission from you.

Payments and Insurance

We make your payment options as easy and painless at our dentistry.  We prefer that your account be settled after each visit and we accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, and Interact.

To make things really easy, now you can pay for your dental treatment with a few clicks of the mouse.  We are registered with the below major banks.  Just click on the logos to go to their online banking sites and see how easy it is to do all your banking and bill paying from home.
